2) What video deliverables will I receive

Standard deliverables include a highlight reel (3-5 minutes) and full event footage. Specific deliverables such as social media cuts or drone footage can be customized at booking.


3) How long does video editing take

Standard delivery is 14-21 working days for fully edited video. Rush delivery is available at additional cost for time-sensitive projects.


4) Can you handle multi-camera setups

Yes. For multi-camera productions, additional camera operators can be booked separately. Our videographers coordinate seamlessly with additional crew.


5) Are raw video files included

Raw footage is not included in the standard package. If you require raw files, please discuss this at the time of booking for a custom arrangement.


6) What is the standard booking duration

Standard booking is 8 hours, which includes setup time and event operation. Overtime is charged at 150% of the hourly rate for any additional hours beyond the booking.


7) How early should I book

We recommend booking at least 3-5 days in advance to secure availability. For large events or peak season dates (December-January, April), book 7-14 days ahead.


8) Do you provide service outside Colombo

Yes. Our operators are available island-wide across Sri Lanka — Colombo, Kandy, Galle, Negombo, Jaffna, and all other locations. Travel charges apply for locations outside Colombo district.


9) What happens if the operator is unable to attend

In the rare event of an emergency, Rentitem.lk will arrange a qualified replacement operator at no additional cost. We maintain a network of backup professionals for every category.


10) Is food provided for the operator

The client must arrange food and refreshments for the operator for events exceeding 4 hours. This is standard industry practice across Sri Lanka.


11) What is the cancellation policy

Cancellations made 3+ days before the event receive a full refund. Cancellations within 24-72 hours forfeit 50% of the booking fee. Within 24 hours forfeits the full booking fee. See our Terms and Conditions for details.
