Transport Limitations

While RentItem.lk strives to transport everywhere, a few transport conditions and area requirements apply to ensure service quality and operational feasibility. Transports are scheduled based on order confirmation, item type, and vehicle availability. Customers are encouraged to confirm bookings early, especially for large event setups or long-distance transports, to guarantee availability. Transport charges are calculated based on distance and vehicle type, ensuring transparent pricing.

Please note that transports within Colombo and Gampaha Districts are available for any order value, with flexible payment options. However, transports to other areas of Sri Lanka are processed only for orders above Rs. 30,000, and full payment is required before dispatch. This policy helps us maintain efficient logistics and ensure timely, secure transports across longer routes.

Charges are calculated one-way from our Colombo base. Return trips or special setups may involve additional costs.
