1. Delivery Service

Rentitem.lk offers island-wide delivery and pickup services across Sri Lanka. Our transport team ensures equipment arrives safely and on time.

2. Delivery Options

  • Standard Delivery: Equipment delivered to your specified location within Colombo and suburbs.
  • Outstation Delivery: Available for locations outside Colombo, subject to additional transport charges.
  • Customer Pickup: Collect equipment from our location at no delivery charge.

3. Delivery Charges

  • Delivery fees are calculated based on distance and equipment volume.
  • Exact delivery charges are communicated at the time of booking confirmation.
  • Delivery charges are non-refundable once dispatched.

4. Delivery Timeframes

  • Delivery is typically arranged on the morning of the rental date.
  • Specific delivery time windows are coordinated with the customer prior to the event.
  • For urgent or same-day bookings, delivery availability is subject to scheduling.

5. Equipment Pickup (Return)

  • Return pickup is arranged at the end of the rental period or the following morning as agreed.
  • Customers opting for self-return must deliver equipment back in the same condition received.

6. Delivery Responsibilities

  • Customer must ensure the delivery location is accessible and someone is available to receive.
  • Any delays caused by incorrect address or unavailability may incur additional charges.
