Every category Rentitem.lk rents, from cameras and cinema gear to audio, lighting, drones, video walls, computers, gaming and full event packages. Daily, weekly and monthly rates with island-wide delivery and trained operators on request.
Browse a category, pick your gear and dates, and reserve online. A 60 percent advance locks the booking; we deliver island-wide or you self-pickup free from Colombo, then collect it back at the end. You can also chat with our AI 24/7 to build the right kit.
Yes. rentitem.lk delivers across Sri Lanka with our own in-house fleet, with same-day dispatch in the Colombo area. Self-pickup from our Colombo warehouse is free.
A refundable security deposit applies, based on the item value rather than the market price. Verified customers get reduced or zero deposit and lifetime discounts.
Every item lists a daily, weekly and monthly rate — the longer you book, the lower the effective daily cost. Pick your dates at checkout and the price updates automatically. For long-term or project hire, chat with us for a custom quote.
Same-day and next-day bookings are often possible around Colombo, but popular gear like drones, cameras and LED walls sells out on weekends and in event season. Reserve as early as you can — a 60 percent advance locks your dates.
Yes. Camera operators, sound engineers, lighting techs and drone pilots are available on request for most categories. Add an operator when you build your kit, or ask our team and we'll match the right crew to your shoot or event.
Normal wear is expected and fine. Accidental damage or loss is charged against the refundable deposit at real repair or replacement cost — never inflated market prices — and we always show you the assessment before anything is deducted.
Yes. Message us before your return date and we'll extend it whenever the item is still free. Extra days are billed at the same daily rate and settled when you return the gear.
We accept Visa and Mastercard online via PayHere, as well as bank transfer. A 60 percent advance confirms the booking and the balance is due before or on delivery.
Both. We rent to individuals, creators, students, production houses and companies alike. Verifying your profile once unlocks reduced or zero deposits and lifetime discounts on every future booking.
