Bike, three-wheel, lorry, or heavy lorry: we pick the smallest vehicle that fits your gear and deliver anywhere in Sri Lanka with our own team. No third-party couriers, ever. Every delivery is charged (minimum Rs 500); only self-pickup is free.
Our own riders deliver same-day across Colombo and the immediate suburbs for orders confirmed early in the day. The fastest, most reliable option for Zone 1/2.
Collect from our Colombo warehouse: No. 113/28, Dr. NM Perera Mawatha, Colombo 08. This is the only Rs 0 option. Bring your NIC and proof of the payment used to book.
We deliver, set up, and (optionally) supply a trained technical operator for the rental window. Recommended for video walls, projectors, and live-event packages.
Delivery is handled entirely in-house by our own team and vehicles, no third-party couriers, and within Sri Lanka only. Every rental is rate-quoted in real time from three inputs, using the same calculator here and at checkout:
Per-leg charge = minimum charge + (km beyond the included km × the per-km rate for your vehicle). The total is the per-leg charge × 2 (delivery + collection). For example, a bike at 3 km is Rs 500 each leg, so the round trip is Rs 1,000.
| Vehicle | Typical load | Minimum charge | Included km | Per extra km | Range |
|---|---|---|---|---|---|
| Bike | Small items, documents, cables | Rs 500 | 3 km | Rs 90 | up to 100 km |
| Three-wheel | Small equipment | Rs 800 | 3 km | Rs 120 | unlimited |
| 7 ft Mini Lorry | Small rental orders | Rs 2,500 | 5 km | Rs 180 | unlimited |
| 10.5 ft Small Lorry | Medium rental orders | Rs 3,500 | 5 km | Rs 220 | unlimited |
| 14.5 ft Medium Lorry | Event equipment | Rs 5,500 | 5 km | Rs 280 | unlimited |
| 18.5 ft Large Lorry | Large event loads | Rs 8,000 | 5 km | Rs 350 | unlimited |
| 22 ft+ Large Lorry | Major productions / events | Rs 12,000 | 5 km | Rs 450 | unlimited |
The absolute minimum delivery charge is Rs 500— no tier, loyalty level, coupon or "free shipping" offer reduces a delivery charge below Rs 500 or to zero (the only free option is self-pickup from our Colombo 08 warehouse). The delivery charge is a separate, non-discountableline: no duration, tier, loyalty, quantity or coupon discount ever touches it. The calculator above reflects the exact rate you'll see at checkout — add items to your cart, pin your location, and you'll see each suitable vehicle ranked from cheapest to largest, then proceed to checkout.
