A complete projection package for hire in Sri Lanka, built for medium corporate gatherings of up to 150 guests.
It brings together an Epson WXGA projector, a large 8 x 8 feet tripod screen, long power and HDMI cabling and a wireless presenter, delivered as one booking so your seminar, training day or product launch is ready to run.
The published rate is Rs 12,500 per day.
The Business Symposium Projection Package is an all-in-one audiovisual kit that Rentitem.lk delivers as a single rental.
At its heart is the Epson 3700 Luminous WXGA Projector (EB-W06), paired with a Tripod 8 x 8 Feet Projector Screen that keeps slides readable across a conference room or seminar hall.
Two custom-made 10-metre power extension cords with three sockets each give you the reach to place the projector well back from the wall, while a 10-metre HDMI 1.4v Full HD cable connects your laptop to the projector without running short.
A Logitech R400 laser presenter lets you step away from the lectern and control your slides from across the room.
The package is aimed at medium-sized events such as corporate meetings, seminars, training sessions, workshops and product launches for up to 150 guests.
Rather than sourcing a projector, a screen, cabling and a presenter from several different places, you rent the whole set as one line item and receive it ready to set up on the day.
Each piece is tested before dispatch, and for the exact brightness, resolution and connector details you can open each item's own product page.
An operator can be added if you would like the setup and alignment handled on site.
