Sold (consumable). Once used or opened, it cannot be returned.

How many cartridges do I need for an event?

Accepted Answer

For a buffet line with 4-5 warmers running for 2 hours, plan 5-8 cartridges. For a full-day live cooking station, 8-12 cartridges per burner.

Question 5

Can you deliver cartridges outstation?

Accepted Answer

Yes, but quantities are limited per vehicle due to transport regulations. Confirm at booking.

Question 6

Accepted Answer

Only if unopened and seals are intact. Used or punctured cartridges cannot be returned.
