The Corporate Seminar Projector Package brings together everything a large presentation needs in one booking: a bright Epson projector, a big tripod screen, the cables and power to reach across the room, a wireless presenter, and a multimedia projector operator to set it all up and run it.
It rents at Rs 18,000 per day in Sri Lanka, so you turn up, connect your laptop and present.
This is a bundled rental kit built for corporate seminars, conferences, training sessions and formal presentations for audiences of up to 250 people.
Instead of hiring a projector, a screen, cables and a presenter one by one and hoping they match, you book a single package that is designed to work together and arrives ready to go.
It is aimed at businesses and organisers who want a professional look in a large room without piecing the setup together themselves.
The package pairs a high-brightness Epson EB-W06 WXGA projector with a 10 x 8 feet tripod screen, so visuals stay bright and readable even in well-lit halls.
Two 10 metre power extension cords and a 10 metre HDMI 1.4 Full HD cable give you the reach to place the projector, screen and laptop wherever the room layout demands, while a Logitech R400 laser presenter lets you step away from the table and move through your slides.
Best of all, a multimedia projector operator comes with the kit to handle setup, operation and any on-the-spot troubleshooting, so you can concentrate on delivering your message.
