Question 1

What's included when you rent the Standard Outdoor 4 Multi Camera Multi Channel with Drone Live Streaming package?

Accepted Answer

You get four Sony HXR-NX100 Full HD camcorders on four Weifeng WF-717 tripods, one Blackmagic Design ATEM 8 Channel SDI Extreme ISO switcher, four Hollyland Pyro H wireless video transmitters, two 3G SDI 100 metre cable reels, three HP EliteBook 840 G5 laptops, three 27-inch FHD monitors, two TP-Link MR-100 4G routers with a 20 GB data pack, one SYNCO Xtalk X5 five-headset intercom, one Ashley X8 8-channel audio mixer, two Sennheiser e945 microphones, two XLR cables (15 m), two RCA to 3.5mm AUX cables (5 m), one XTUGA E22 audio interface, one Full HD drone live streaming package and a Restream subscription. Crew includes four junior cameramen, one broadcast technical assistant, two handling assistants and one drone pilot.

Question 2

How much does it cost to rent this package?

Accepted Answer

The published rate is Rs 160,000 per day in Sri Lanka. Multi-day discounts may apply on longer bookings and final pricing is confirmed at checkout.

Question 3

Is a crew included?

Accepted Answer

Yes. The package includes four junior cameramen, one professional video broadcast technical assistant, two handling assistants for setup and dismantling, and one drone pilot for aerial videography.

Question 4

Which platforms can you stream to?

Accepted Answer

The package includes a Restream subscription, so you can broadcast to several platforms at once, such as YouTube, Facebook and custom streaming pages, from the one setup.

Question 5

Do I need to arrange internet, or is it included?

Accepted Answer

The package includes two TP-Link MR-100 4G routers and a 20 GB data pack. For long events, heavy bitrates or weak-signal venues we recommend confirming coverage in advance and arranging a top-up or a wired line as backup.

Question 6

Can the drone fly at any venue?

Accepted Answer

Drone flying depends on the venue and the day. Flights need suitable open airspace, permission for the location, and safe weather with low wind and no rain. Share your venue details when you book so the pilot can advise before the event.

Question 7

How many camera angles does it cover?

Accepted Answer

Four ground cameras plus the drone give you up to five viewpoints, switched live through the Blackmagic ATEM so you can cut between wide shots, close-ups and aerial views during the broadcast.

Question 8

Does it record as well as stream?

Accepted Answer

Yes. The Blackmagic ATEM Extreme ISO switcher can record the programme and the individual camera feeds, so you have footage for highlight reels, recaps and archives after the event.

Question 9

Do you deliver and set up outside Colombo?

Accepted Answer

Same-day delivery and setup are available in Colombo and suburbs. Scheduled delivery is available island-wide, including Kandy, Galle, Matara, Jaffna, Negombo and Anuradhapura. Delivery charges depend on distance and crew travel.

Question 10

Is a deposit required?

Accepted Answer

A refundable security deposit is required and is refunded after the equipment is returned in working condition. A valid NIC or passport is required at handover.

Question 11

What is the minimum rental period?

Accepted Answer

The standard minimum rental is one day (24 hours). Longer bookings across several event days can be arranged with our team.

Question 12

How long does setup take on site?

Accepted Answer

A multi-camera outdoor broadcast of this size needs time to rig cameras, run cables, set up the switcher and audio, and test the stream. Allow the crew a clear window before the event start and share the run sheet so everything is tested before you go live.
