The Two Camera Single Channel Live Streaming package is a ready-to-book broadcast kit for hire from Rentitem.lk in Sri Lanka.
It is built around two Sony HXR-NX100 Full HD camcorders on tripods, two USB capture cards and an HP Elitebook laptop that encodes and pushes the stream to your platform.
A ViewSonic 27-inch monitor lets the operator watch the feed, while a TP-Link 4G router and a 20 GB internet connection keep the broadcast online.
Sound is handled by a Sennheiser e845 dynamic microphone and an Ashley X8 8-channel audio mixer, tied together with XLR, RCA and HDMI cabling so the team can take a clean feed from the room.
Single channel means the two cameras feed one setup and the operator cuts between angles in real time, so your audience sees one smooth broadcast rather than two separate streams.
This package is different from renting parts on their own because it comes with people: a handling assistant, a broadcast technical assistant and a junior cameraman are included to rig the gear, run the switch and operate the cameras through the event.
