Club Sports Viewing Parties

One rental kit to screen the match on the big screen

The Club Sports Viewing Parties package is a ready-to-go bundle for clubs, bars, restaurants and private venues that want to host a live match on a big, bright screen with real sound.

Picture, streaming, internet, power and cabling all come as one hire, so you rent one thing instead of chasing eight items separately.

It rents at the published rate of Rs 20,000 per day, with same-day delivery in Colombo and island-wide options.

This is a complete viewing-party rental kit built around an Epson EB-W06 3700-lumen WXGA projector and a 10 x 8 foot tripod screen, so a full room or garden crowd can follow the game together.

A Dialog ViU Mini Android TV box streams sports apps and channels, and a Dialog 4G router supplies the internet connection where venue Wi-Fi is weak or missing.

A TX 12 inch active speaker carries clear crowd-ready audio, and the picture and sound are tied together with a 3 metre HDMI cable and a 3 metre AUX Y cable.

Power is handled by two custom 10 metre three-socket extension cords, so you can place the projector, speaker and streaming box where the crowd sits and still reach a mains point.

The package is aimed at cricket finals, Premier League nights, tournament fixtures and club social evenings, where organising a projector, screen, sound and streaming one by one is slow.

As a bundle it is quick to book, quick to set up and priced as a single daily rate. It is not a claim about every technical spec of each part, so for the detail of any single item, see that item's own page on the site.
