A complete projection kit for large corporate events, conferences and seminars, rented as one booking.
It pairs a bright 3,700-lumen Epson projector with a 12x9 feet fast-fold screen and a multimedia operator, so your visuals stay clear from the front row to the back of the hall.
It rents at Rs 31,500 per day with delivery and setup available in Colombo.
The Enterprise Event Projector Package is an all-in-one hire kit for extra-large gatherings where a projector needs to reach a big audience.
At its heart is the Epson EB-W06 projector, which delivers 3,700 lumens of brightness at WXGA resolution, so charts, slides and video stay vibrant even in well-lit rooms.
It projects onto a 12x9 feet fast-fold screen that supports both front and rear projection, giving you room to place the projector to suit your venue.
The package brings everything needed to run the projection side of an event under one booking.
A 20-metre HDMI 2.0 4K cable lets the projector sit well back from the stage, while two 10-metre power extension cords with three sockets each reach mains power without cluttering the floor.
A Logitech R400 laser presenter puts slide control in the speaker's hand, and a projector tripod stand head plus a speaker tripod stand hold the kit steady.
A multimedia projector operator comes with the package to handle setup, operation and troubleshooting, so you can focus on your content rather than the technical details.
Everything arrives together under one booking and one delivery, which keeps large-venue planning simple and means you are not chasing separate items from different sources on event day.
Full per-item specifications live on each component's own product page, since detailed specs can vary by unit.
