A complete projector package for large weddings and receptions of 150 to 300 guests, built around a 3700-lumen Epson projector and a 10x8 feet fast-fold screen, with a laptop, stands, cabling and an on-site operator all in one hire.
It rents at Rs 30,000 per day with delivery and setup in Colombo.
The Spectacular Wedding Projector Package is a ready-to-run audiovisual bundle from Rentitem.lk, put together so you do not have to source a projector, screen, laptop and cables from different places for your wedding.
At its heart is the Epson 3700 Luminous WXGA projector paired with a Fast Fold 10x8 feet screen that supports both front and rear projection, so guests get a clear view whether they are seated near the stage or at the back of the hall.
The high brightness keeps photos, videos and slideshows looking sharp even in well-lit banquet halls, hotel ballrooms and garden venues.
The package also includes an Acer i5 16GB laptop to play your content, projector and speaker tripod stands to position the picture and sound at the right height, a 15-metre power extension cord with three sockets so you can place the gear where you need it, a 20-metre HDMI 2.0 4K cable for a clean run from laptop to projector, and a 10-metre stereo AUX Y cable to feed audio into your sound system.
A multimedia projector operator comes with the hire to set everything up, test it and run it smoothly during the event, so no one in the wedding party has to manage the technology.
The standard rental window is 6 hours, which suits most wedding ceremonies and receptions, and delivery and setup are handled in Colombo with island-wide options for other venues.
