The Professional Convention Projector Package is an all-in-one projection setup for hire in Sri Lanka, built for large events of up to 300 guests.
It brings a bright Epson projector, a big fast-fold screen, stands, cables and a laser presenter together with a multimedia projector operator who sets everything up and runs it on the day.
It rents at Rs 28,500 per day with same-day Colombo delivery.
This is a ready-to-go audio-visual bundle for conventions, conferences, seminars and product launches, rented as one kit rather than as separate items.
At its heart is an Epson EB-W06 WXGA projector that throws a bright, clear image even in a well-lit hall, paired with a 10x8 feet fast-fold screen that works for both front and rear projection.
A projector mountable tripod stand head holds the projector at the right height and angle, while a speaker tripod stand is on hand for your audio setup.
The kit is wired for a real venue, not just a table.
A 20-metre HDMI 2.0v 4K cable reaches from the stage or media desk to the projector, and two 10-metre power extension cords with 3 sockets each spread power across the floor so you are not fighting short leads.
A Logitech R400 laser presenter lets your speaker move and change slides from anywhere in the room.
Most importantly, a multimedia projector operator comes with the package to rig, cable, test and troubleshoot the setup, so your team can focus on the programme instead of the technology.
You hire it for the duration of your event and return it when your programme is done, which is far more practical than buying gear you use once.
