A custom-built, foam-lined plywood crate that wraps a large flat-screen TV on all six sides for safe transport to a venue, a new home or the next setup. Rent it to protect the screen, not to display it.

This is a Plywood TV Safety Crate: a purpose-built wooden transport crate carpentered to fit a specific TV's internal dimensions.

It is a transport and protection accessory, not a display or electronic device, and it does not include a TV.

The crate is made of multi-ply plywood panels braced with corner reinforcement battens, and it is lined inside with high-density foam sheets that cushion the screen against road vibration and accidental knocks.

It wraps the TV on all six sides while keeping the screen surface clear of contact, so the panel, bezel and any attached bracket travel square and upright.

A removable lid or cover with screw-down or latch fasteners lets you load the screen from the top or front, then re-seal the crate securely for the trip.

Rope handles or hand cutouts on both long sides give two people a firm grip for a controlled lift on stairs, ramps and into the vehicle.

Because it is non-electronic with no ports, screen or moving parts beyond the closure hardware, the crate is reusable across many trips when it is stored and carried dry.

It is sized for a particular screen range, so the fit for your TV should be confirmed before delivery, and it stays manageable empty but becomes heavy once a large panel is loaded inside.
