This is a 128GB microSDXC (SDXC) flash memory card, the tiny card that slots into the microSD reader of a phone, camera, drone, dashcam or handheld console to add storage.
It is built to the UHS-I bus standard and rated Class 10 with U1 and A1 marks, plus a V10 video speed class, which together mean it is quick enough for smooth Full HD recording and steady photo capture.
On premium variants read speeds reach up to about 140MB/s, so offloading your footage to a laptop is fast.
The A1 app performance class also gives it the random-read speed that Android phones and tablets like when they run apps or use the card as adoptable storage.
The card has a small plastic body with gold contact pins and, in most packs, ships with a full-size SD adapter so the same card can drop straight into a DSLR, a laptop SD slot or a card reader without a separate accessory.
Cards in this class are generally built to shrug off water, shock, X-rays, magnets and a wide temperature range, which suits travel, outdoor shoots and rough field days.
