For covered outdoor use, yes, kept clear of rain and direct sun. It is not weatherproof, so keep it under shelter for open-air functions.

What ID and deposit do I need?

Sri Lankan customers need a National Identity Card and a refundable security deposit. Foreign customers need a passport. The deposit is returned after the speaker comes back in good condition.

Do you deliver across Sri Lanka?

Yes. Colombo and suburbs get same-day delivery, and island-wide is next-day or scheduled. Delivery is charged separately based on the location.

How is the speaker handled and transported?

It is a heavy unit best carried and lifted by two people. We transport it upright and padded, and we ask that it is kept upright and dry on site.

What happens if it is damaged or lost?

Report any issue immediately. Normal wear is expected and not charged. Significant damage, a blown driver or a lost unit is charged at repair or replacement cost from the deposit.
