The Starlink Mini is a compact portable satellite internet kit with a built-in Wi-Fi router that delivers high-speed low-latency internet almost anywhere, with no cabling to a network or cell coverage needed.
The Starlink Mini is SpaceX's most compact portable satellite internet terminal.
It combines a flat satellite dish and a Wi-Fi router in one small housing that weighs around 1.1 kg, so a single kit gives you a working internet connection almost anywhere you can point it at open sky.
Instead of connecting to a phone tower or a fixed broadband line, it links directly to Starlink's low Earth orbit satellite network, which is why it works at remote sites, at beaches, up in the hills and at venues where mobile signal is weak or absent.
It is IP67 weather-sealed against dust and short-term water, rated to operate from -30C to 50C, and sets up in a few minutes using the free Starlink app to aim the dish and check for obstructions.
The built-in Wi-Fi 5 router shares the connection with your team over Wi-Fi, and a dedicated Ethernet port lets you plug in a wired device, a switch or a larger router when you need it.
The kit runs on the Roam service plan with global, in-motion and pause-anytime options, and draws only 25-40W from a 12-48V DC input, so it can run from mains power, a compatible vehicle outlet or a portable power station.
It needs a clear view of the sky and an active Starlink service plan to work, and we hand it over ready to use so your crew gets online fast on the day.
