The 100W COB LED Par Can is a stage and event wash light built around a single chip-on-board (COB) LED source rated at 100 watts.
Instead of a cluster of small coloured LEDs, one large COB chip throws a smooth, even sheet of light with no multi-colour shadowing, which is why it reads so cleanly on stage and on camera.
This unit is a bi-color par: it blends warm white at 3200K and cool white at 5600K, so you can dial the exact colour temperature to match the room, the video white balance or the mood of the moment.
The output is a wide wash of roughly 60 degrees with a high CRI of around 90, so skin tones and stage colours look natural rather than washed out.
Running the par is simple. It takes DMX512 over standard 3-pin XLR in and out for controller-run shows, and it also runs on its own in sound-active, auto and master/slave modes, so it works with or without a console.
It gives full 0 to 100 percent dimming plus an adjustable strobe of up to about 20 flashes per second for build-ups, blinder hits and party effects.
It plugs into normal AC 90 to 240V mains, so it drops straight into weddings, halls, DJ booths and small stages across Sri Lanka.
