Does this cookware set work with a normal gas cooker or only a camping stove?

The pots and pans work on any standard gas burner, camping stove, or open fire. The set is manual with no electric parts, so CEB power cuts do not affect use.

How many people can actually eat from this set at once?

The nesting kit is sized for 2-4 people with shared pots, plates, and cups included. If your group is larger, you may need to rent an additional set.

Is the carry bag waterproof for monsoon conditions?

The included carry bag offers basic protection but is not fully waterproof. We recommend packing cookware inside your own dry bag if heavy rain is expected during transport.

Do I need to clean everything before returning it?

Yes, all items should be washed and dried to avoid wildlife-attracting residue. A cleaning fee applies if cookware is returned with burnt or stuck-on food.

Built from anodised aluminium or stainless steel with folding handles and a lid that doubles as a strainer, it works on open flame, gas burners and portable camp stoves.

Weekend trippers to Knuckles, Horton Plains, Ella and Yala use these for rice, curries, tea and grilled meals where kitchen access is limited.

Scout camps, school adventure programs and family bungalow stays also rely on them for cooking shared meals with fast pack-down and no loose pieces.
