Question 1

What's included when you rent the Dual Monitor Arm?

Accepted Answer

You get 01 x Dual Monitor Desk Mount Arm with its C-clamp and grommet base fittings. The two monitors and the desk are not included, so bring or rent your screens separately.

Question 2

What is a dual monitor desk mount arm?

Accepted Answer

It is a stand that clamps to the edge of your desk and holds two monitors on two separate adjustable arms. It lifts both screens off the desk to free up space and let you set each display to a comfortable height and angle.

Question 3

Does the rental include the monitors?

Accepted Answer

No. This is a monitor mount only. You attach your own two monitors to the arms. The mount holds VESA monitors within its size and weight range.

Question 4

What size monitors does it fit?

Accepted Answer

It fits monitors from 13 to 32 inches with a VESA 75x75mm or 100x100mm mounting pattern, at a load of around 8kg per arm. Please confirm your monitor has VESA holes and sits within this range before rental.

Question 5

How does it attach to my desk?

Accepted Answer

The base attaches with a C-clamp that fits desk edges roughly 10 to 50mm thick, or a grommet mount for surfaces with a cable hole. It clamps to a desk edge and does not need any drilling with the clamp option.

Question 6

Can each screen move on its own?

Accepted Answer

Yes. Each arm moves independently with tilt, swivel and 360 degree rotation, so you can sit the screens side by side, stack them, or turn one to portrait orientation.

Question 7

Will it help free up desk space?

Accepted Answer

Yes. By lifting both monitors onto the arms, it clears the desk surface below the screens for keyboards, notes and other work. It is a common ergonomic upgrade for busy desks.

Question 8

Is this good for a trading or monitoring desk?

Accepted Answer

Yes. Dual arms are popular for trading floors, monitoring stations, edit suites and event control desks where two screens need to be visible and adjustable at the same time.

Question 9

What ID and deposit do I need to rent it?

Accepted Answer

Sri Lankan customers need a National Identity Card and a refundable security deposit. Foreign customers need a passport. The deposit is returned after the item is checked back in.
