What size is this softbox umbrella and will it fit my light stand?

The unit is in the typical 33in to 43in range (84cm to 110cm). It mounts via a standard shaft to any studio light stand or strobe with a compatible receptacle. Check your light's umbrella shaft diameter before pickup if you are unsure.

Can I use this with continuous LED lights or only studio strobes?

It works with both strobes and continuous lights. The nylon diffusion panel and reflective silver interior soften whatever light source you mount behind or through it. Just mind heat buildup if your continuous light runs hot for extended periods.

Is this a shoot-through umbrella or a reflective softbox?

It is a hybrid - a softbox umbrella with a translucent diffusion panel and reflective silver interior. You can use it either to shoot light through the diffusion panel or bounce light off the reflective interior depending on your setup.

Will this hold up in humid or outdoor conditions?

The nylon fabric and fiberglass or metal ribs handle normal humidity, but avoid monsoon rain and strong wind. For outdoor shoots, sandbag your stand and have a cover ready if weather shifts. CEB power cuts do not affect this modifier since it has no electronics.
