This is the Godox LC500R Mini, a handheld RGB LED light stick, also called a light tube or wand.
Instead of a flat panel, it is a slim bar that glows all the way around, so it reads as colour in the frame as well as light on your subject.
It mixes full RGB colour with a continuous white range from 2500K warm to 8500K cool, and its colour is rated at CRI 96, so skin tones and product colours stay natural when you want them to.
It draws about 23W, weighs roughly 0.81 kg, and has a 360 degree output, which makes it small enough to handhold, hide behind a subject, or stick to a metal surface using its built-in magnet.
Power comes from a built-in rechargeable battery, so you can walk around with it for handheld moves and light painting, or run it from mains power for a long shoot.
