A 20-metre HDMI 1.4 cable that carries Full HD 1080p video and audio from a laptop, PC or media player to a projector, LED wall or large display at the far end of a room.
It is a single long lead that spans a hall or auditorium, and it is tested along its full length before every rental, so it just works on the day.
A 20-metre HDMI cable built to the HDMI 1.4 standard, with full-size HDMI Type-A male plugs on both ends.
It is shielded with gold-plated contacts and carries picture and sound together on one cable, so there is no separate audio lead to run across the room.
It sends the signal one way, from the source device to the display, and handles Full HD 1080p over the full 20 metres with up to 10.2 Gbps of bandwidth.
It needs no power and no software, so you plug both ends in and the picture and sound pass straight through.
At 20 metres it sits at the upper end of what a passive copper HDMI 1.4 cable can carry, which is why it is planned around reliable 1080p rather than 4K; over a run this long, 4K needs an active or optical HDMI cable instead.
Choose it when the source and display are far apart, both have a full-size HDMI port and Full HD is the target, and reach matters more than 4K.
