A 5-metre HDMI 2.0 cable that carries native 4K 60Hz video and audio from a laptop, PC, console or camera to a projector, TV or monitor. It is tested before every rental, so it just works on the day.
This is a 5-metre cable built to the HDMI 2.0 standard, fitted with full-size HDMI Type-A male plugs on both ends.
HDMI 2.0 raises the bandwidth to 18 Gbps, which is what lets it carry native 4K at 60Hz, whereas an older HDMI 1.4 cable tops out at 4K at 30Hz.
That extra headroom means a 4K picture refreshes a full 60 times a second, so motion stays smooth on fast content like sport, gaming and video.
The cable is shielded and the contacts are gold-plated, which keeps the signal clean and the picture free of flicker or dropout.
It carries picture and sound together on one lead, so there is no separate audio cable, and it works in either direction between source and display.
That single lead connects a 4K projector, TV or monitor to a source such as a PS5, Xbox Series, laptop or a 4K camera or capture card.
At 5 metres it reaches across a room, which suits a 4K display sitting a few metres from the source. It is a passive copper cable that needs no external power and is backward compatible with HDMI 1.4.
Choose it when you want reliable native 4K; if your display is Full HD only, the HDMI 1.4 cable is cheaper.
