The UGREEN AX500 is a compact USB wireless network adapter that adds the Wi-Fi 6 (802.11ax) standard to a computer that has an old, slow or missing wireless card.

It is a dual-band device, reaching up to 600 Mbps on the 5 GHz band and around 286 Mbps on the 2.4 GHz band, and it plugs straight into a standard USB-A 3.0 port.

A single high-gain antenna helps the signal reach across a room, and the USB 3.0 interface keeps the wireless link from being bottlenecked by an older port.

Setup is plug-and-play on Windows 10 and Windows 11, with built-in drivers, so there is no setup disc to hunt for.
