This is Zhiyun's Crane 2, a 3-axis motorised handheld gimbal stabilizer built for DSLR and mirrorless cameras.
It uses three brushless motors to cancel out shake across the pan, tilt and roll axes, so handheld footage looks smooth and cinematic instead of shaky and amateur.
