Get pro-quality microphone and instrument sound into your computer
The XTUGA E22 is a 2-in/2-out USB audio interface that records mics and instruments into a Mac or Windows computer at up to 24-bit/192kHz, with +48V phantom power and zero-latency monitoring.
This is the XTUGA E22, a compact 2-in/2-out USB audio interface.
Its job is to sit between your microphones or instruments and your computer, converting analogue sound into a clean, high-resolution digital signal at up to 24-bit/192kHz so you can record, podcast or live stream.
Channel one is a combo jack that accepts a balanced XLR microphone or a 1/4-inch TRS line or instrument connection, and channel two adds a separate 1/4-inch TRS input, so you can run a mic and a guitar, or two mics, at the same time.
Both inputs use Midas-style microphone preamps for low-noise, clean gain, and a rear-panel switch supplies +48V phantom power for studio condenser microphones.
It connects to a Mac or Windows computer over a single USB-B cable, which also powers it in most setups, so it is a genuinely portable recording front-end.
On the output side it gives you RCA line outputs for powered studio monitors or a mixer, plus a 1/4-inch headphone output.
A front-panel direct-monitor control provides zero-latency monitoring, so singers and presenters hear themselves in real time without the small delay of a computer round-trip.
It is plug-and-play using the standard system driver and works with Pro Tools, Ableton Live Lite, Reaper, GarageBand and other major recording software.
It captures two channels at once, which suits solo and two-person recording rather than large multi-mic sessions.
Why Choose This Product
- High-resolution capture: records at up to 24-bit/192kHz through a studio-grade converter, so vocals, podcasts and instruments come in clean and detailed.
- Two flexible inputs: a combo XLR/TRS input plus a separate 1/4-inch TRS input let you run a mic and an instrument, or two mics, together.
- Phantom power for condensers: a switchable +48V supply powers studio condenser microphones, so you are not limited to dynamic mics.
- Zero-latency monitoring: a direct-monitor knob lets performers hear themselves in real time while recording, with no perceptible delay.
- Plug-and-play and portable: connects and powers over one USB-B cable on Mac or Windows with no drivers to install, easy to carry to any session.
- Full monitoring outputs: RCA line outputs feed powered monitors or a mixer, and a 1/4-inch headphone jack lets you listen on cans.
How Can You Use This
- Record a podcast: capture one or two microphones straight into a laptop for a clean, high-resolution podcast or interview.
- Live stream with real audio: feed a mic or a board/interview signal into a streaming computer for Zoom, Teams, YouTube or Facebook events.
- Track vocals and instruments: record a singer through a condenser mic and a guitar through the instrument input in a home or project studio.

- Hybrid events: bring a presenter's XLR microphone cleanly into a laptop for hybrid or online events.
- Monitor a session: use the headphone output and RCA line outs to hear the take on headphones and studio monitors while you work.
