  Your Responsibilities After Pickup:

  • Equipment care throughout rental period
  • Safe return transport to Boralle
  • Return by agreed time (late fees apply per T&C Section 5)
  • Equipment returned in same condition as collected
• Setup Time Allocation:
  • DIY setup: Allow 30-40 minutes for complete setup
  • Includes: unpacking, positioning, cable connections, manual focus adjustment, audio connections, system testing
  • Add 15-20 minutes if integrating with sound system
  • Technical operator setup: 20-25 minutes (experienced, efficient)
• Common Setup Errors to Avoid:

  • Forgetting required laptop adapters
  • Not testing audio before audience arrives

• Proper Shutdown Procedure (IMPORTANT):
  • Press power button to initiate shutdown sequence
  • Wait 3-5 minutes for internal cooling fan to stop completely
  • Do NOT unplug power during cooling cycle (damages lamp)
  • Only disconnect power after fan stops and projector is cool
  • Pack carefully in carrying bag after fully cooled
  • Improper shutdown voids security deposit
• Return Condition Requirements:
  • Projector must be completely cool before packing
  • All cables neatly organized in carrying bag
  • Equipment clean and dry (no dust accumulation, spills, or moisture)
  • All components returned (projector, power cable, HDMI cable, carrying bag, remote)
  • Report any issues or concerns immediately upon return
  • Our staff will inspect equipment condition (T&C Section 8 & 9)
• Damage Liability and Costs:
  • Customer fully liable for all damage during rental period (T&C Section 8 & 10)
  • Common damage types: cracked lens, broken lamp, damaged HDMI/VGA ports, liquid spills, physical drops
  • Lamp replacement cost: Rs 30,000-40,000
  • Lens damage repair: Rs 45,000+
  • Port/circuit damage: Rs 25,000-60,000 depending on severity
  • Total unit replacement: Rs 90,000 (purchase value)
  • Security deposit or valid ID required at pickup (T&C Section 13)
