The BOYA Blobby is a portable USB and Bluetooth conference speakerphone with a 4-element microphone array, a built-in speaker, and echo and noise cancellation.
Sit it in the middle of the table and everyone is heard clearly on a Zoom, Teams or Google Meet call, no headsets needed.
The BOYA Blobby is a compact conference speakerphone built around a four-element microphone array that picks up voices 360 degrees around the unit over roughly a 3 metre radius.
It pairs that mic array with a built-in speaker and on-board audio processing, so it captures everyone at the table and plays back the far end of the call through one small puck.
Built-in acoustic echo cancellation and clear voice capture cut room echo and background noise, which keeps speech intelligible for the people joining remotely and removes the hollow, distant sound you get from a laptop microphone.
Connectivity is flexible. USB-C plugs straight into a laptop or PC for a wired connection, Bluetooth pairs it with a phone, tablet or Bluetooth-capable laptop, and a 3.5mm TRS port covers wired audio devices.
A touch panel on top handles mute, volume and call controls, and an internal 5200mAh rechargeable battery runs it up to 16 hours before it needs a roughly 3 hour USB-C charge, so it covers a full day of meetings.
The unit is plug-and-play and works with Zoom, Microsoft Teams, Google Meet and Webex without extra software. It measures 114 by 114 by 30.5mm and weighs around 322.5g, so it drops into a bag and sets up in seconds.
This is a meeting and call device, not a music PA, and it needs a host laptop or phone to run the actual call.
One puck that lets the whole room join the call
