A powered HDMI switch that connects up to five HDMI sources to a single projector, TV or monitor and lets you select which one is shown.
It is a selector, not a splitter, so you feed one display from many devices without swapping cables.
A 5-in-1-out HDMI switch built to the HDMI 1.4 standard, with five HDMI inputs and one HDMI output.
You plug up to five sources into the inputs and run one HDMI cable from the output to your display, then choose which single source appears on screen.
Only one source is routed at a time, so this is the opposite of a splitter, which mirrors one source to many screens.
It supports up to 4K at 30Hz with 1080p Full HD backward compatibility, up to 10.2 Gbps of bandwidth, and passes audio through on the same cable.
The unit is shielded with gold-plated contacts and runs on an included power adapter for stable switching.
It suits any setup where several HDMI sources need to share one display, such as a meeting room with rotating presenter laptops, a training room, a podium-plus-camera live stream feed, or a home cinema corner where a TV serves a console, a set-top box and a laptop.
Use a switch when many devices must take turns on one screen, and a splitter when one source must reach many screens.
