This is a passive, bidirectional UGREEN HDMI device with three female HDMI ports: two on one side and one on the other. It is not a fixed one-way splitter and it is not a "4-in-1" box.
What it does depends entirely on which side you feed the signal into.
Used as a switch, you plug two HDMI sources into the two-port side and one display into the single port, then press the small manual button to flip which source is on screen.
Used as a splitter, you plug one source into the single port and two displays into the two-port side, and both screens then show the same picture at the same time.
It carries 4K Ultra HD at 30Hz, along with 1080p, HDR and 3D content, and it passes digital audio down the same HDMI connection so there is no separate sound lead.
Because it is passive, it draws what it needs from the HDMI signal itself, so there is no adapter to plug in and nothing extra to carry to the venue.
That also means it does not boost or extend the signal, so it is best kept to short HDMI runs.
