A 1.5-metre HDMI 1.4 cable that carries Full HD 1080p video and audio from a laptop, PC or console to a nearby projector, TV or monitor. It is tested before every rental, so it just works on the day.
A 1.5-metre HDMI cable built to the HDMI 1.4 standard, with full-size HDMI Type-A male plugs on both ends.
It sends video and audio together down one lead from a source such as a laptop, PC or games console to a display such as a projector, TV or monitor, so there is no separate audio cable to run.
Inside, shielding guards the signal against interference and the gold-plated contacts keep a clean, steady connection at each end.
It handles Full HD 1080p, and 4K at 30Hz over this short run, with up to 10.2 Gbps of bandwidth, and it needs no external power.
At 1.5 metres it is deliberately short, which suits close desk and rack runs where the source sits on or beside the display: a laptop on the same table as a projector, a console next to a TV, or a camera feeding a monitor beside it.
It carries the signal one way, from source to display, which is all a standard projector, TV or monitor setup needs.
When the source and screen sit further apart, rent a longer cable so you do not run this one tight or lose signal over the distance.
