RCA Male to XLR Female Audio Adapter

Plug an RCA source into an XLR input

A single passive audio adapter with an RCA (phono) male plug on one side and a 3-pin XLR female socket on the other.

It is important to understand what this adapter is and is not. It is a wiring adapter, so it simply re-terminates your RCA signal onto an XLR connector.

It is not a transformer or a DI box, which means it does not truly balance the signal or add long-cable noise rejection on its own. The audio stays unbalanced even though it now sits on an XLR plug.

That is fine for short, tidy runs into a nearby mixer or speaker. If you need to run a long line and reject hum and interference, a DI box is the right tool.
