Rent the TELESIN GP-MNP-002 carbon fibre selfie stick and monopod, a slim telescopic pole that extends to 1.2m yet weighs only about 146g.

It is the reach and the angle for your GoPro or action camera, not the camera itself, and it is tested and cleaned before every rental.

This is a lightweight extension pole for action cameras, built from 100% 24T carbon fibre cloth with a food-grade silicone non-slip handle.

The shaft telescopes across five sections, collapsing to a compact 32cm for your bag and locking out to a full 120cm of reach.

At the bottom is a standard 1/4 inch threaded mount, so it accepts a GoPro-style adapter, a tripod, a ball head or a phone clamp.

It carries loads up to 300g, which comfortably covers a GoPro, Insta360, DJI Osmo Action or a phone in a clamp.

Because it is carbon fibre rather than aluminium, it is rigid where it matters but stays roughly a third lighter than a metal stick of the same length, so your arm does not tire on a long walk-and-talk.
