BOYA BY-WXLR8 Wireless XLR Plug-on Transmitter - Sounds for rent

The BOYA BY-WXLR8 is a UHF wireless plug-on transmitter that converts any standard wired XLR microphone into a wireless unit when paired with a BY-WM8 or BY-WM6 receiver.

It offers 48 selectable channels across two frequency groups, a built-in LCD for channel and volume display, and 1-32 step gain control with mute.

In Sri Lanka, event crews use it to free up handheld dynamic mics for roving Q&A at weddings and conference panels, while videographers pair it with shotgun mics for run-and-gun interviews and outdoor shoots.

It also works well for church services, political rallies, and live recordings where a wired mic needs to reach a distant camera or mixer.

Why Choose This Product

BOYA BY-WXLR8: Manufacturer-verified Wireless XLR Plug-on Transmitter - we'll source the exact model when we add this to our fleet.

Plug-on XLR design: Female 3-pin XLR jack snaps directly onto any wired handheld, shotgun, or dynamic microphone for instant wireless conversion without rewiring.
48-channel UHF tuning: A-CH and B-CH bands with 24 selectable channels each, allowing multiple units to run simultaneously without RF clash at multi-mic events.
LCD with 1-32 step volume + mute: On-body screen and buttons let the operator fine-tune gain and silence the mic instantly between speakers.
