The TP-Link TL-R480T+ is a load balance broadband router. It is a wired networking device, with no built-in Wi-Fi, that takes the internet lines you already have and works them together as one.
You plug each broadband line into a WAN port, and the router shares your traffic across all of them at once.
That gives you more total bandwidth than any single line can, and it keeps you connected: if one line slows down or drops, the router quietly shifts your traffic onto the lines that are still working, so the people relying on the connection barely notice.
It is a multi-WAN unit that can take up to about four broadband lines, so you can run it as a single-line, dual-line or multi-line setup depending on what you have.
Because it balances and fails over automatically, it suits any place where losing the internet is a real problem: a busy office, a shop running card terminals and stock systems, or a live event streaming a feed and running ticketing.
