A single 10-metre stereo cable with a 3.5mm stereo (TRS) plug on one end and a 6.35mm (1/4 inch) stereo (TRS) plug on the other.
It carries both left and right channels down one cable, so you can send stereo audio from a phone or laptop to a 1/4 inch stereo input across a room.
This is a single stereo audio cable, 10 metres long. One end is a 3.5mm stereo (TRS) male plug, the kind that fits a phone, laptop, tablet or media player headphone jack.
The other end is a 6.35mm (1/4 inch) stereo (TRS) male plug, the kind that fits a headphone-style stereo aux input on a mixer, amplifier or powered speaker.
Because both plugs are stereo TRS, left and right channels travel together through one cable, giving you full stereo from a 3.5mm source to a 1/4 inch stereo input over the whole 10-metre run.
The signal is line level and audio only, and the cable is passive, so it needs no power, batteries or drivers.
It is important to know how this differs from the Y-split versions.
A Y-split cable ends in two separate mono 1/4 inch plugs, one for the left channel and one for the right, so you can feed two mono channels into two mono inputs. This cable is not that.
It is a single stereo cable that keeps both channels in one plug, which is what you want when your gear has a single stereo (TRS) 1/4 inch input, such as a stereo aux or headphone-style jack.
If your gear instead has two mono 1/4 inch inputs, or a single mono 1/4 inch input where you need the channels split, the Y-split version is the right choice.
To keep stereo with this cable, the 6.35mm input must be a stereo TRS jack; a mono 1/4 inch input will take the left channel only.
