The DJI RC Pro is the ground-station unit you hold to fly and monitor a DJI drone. It is a smart controller, which means the screen is built in: there is no phone or tablet to clip on and no cable to fail on the day.

The 5.5-inch display runs at 1080p and is rated at 1000 nits of brightness, so the live view stays clear even under direct Sri Lankan sun.

It pairs with your aircraft over DJI's O3+ transmission system, using a 2T4R 4-antenna array for a stable link at ranges up to 15 km on the FCC standard.

On the connectivity side it carries a Mini-HDMI output, so you can send the live drone feed to an external director's monitor or a recorder for a client or a second operator to watch.

The control sticks are detachable and stow inside the body, which makes it easy to pack and travel with. It weighs about 680 g and runs on an internal rechargeable battery, so there is no trailing cable while you fly.
