A 1-metre HDMI 1.4 cable that carries Full HD 1080p video and audio between a source and a nearby screen, such as a laptop next to a monitor or a console beside a TV.
It is tested before every rental, so it just works on the day.
A 1-metre HDMI cable built to the HDMI 1.4 standard, with full-size HDMI Type-A male plugs on both ends.
Inside, shielded copper pairs carry the signal one way from the source device to the screen, and gold-plated contacts keep the connection clean, so the picture stays stable and flicker-free.
Both video and audio travel down this single cable, which means you do not need a separate sound lead. It handles Full HD 1080p, and 4K at 30Hz, with up to 10.2 Gbps of bandwidth, and it draws no external power.
At just 1 metre, this length is made for short, tidy runs where the source and display sit right next to each other: a laptop beside a monitor, a media player under a TV, or a switcher and screen on the same rack shelf or AV trolley, keeping the setup neat with no loose coil to tuck away.
It connects any two devices that both have a full-size HDMI port; for a USB-C, DisplayPort or VGA device, add the matching converter, which we also rent. Choose this 1-metre cable when everything sits close together.
If the source and screen are further apart, rent a 3-metre or longer HDMI cable instead to reach the distance without strain.
