Be honest about the distance. At 15 metres, a passive HDMI 2.0 cable is at the very edge of what copper can carry for 4K at 60Hz.
Many 15-metre cables that do 4K/60 are built as active or optical designs for exactly that reason.
This particular cable carries Full HD 1080p reliably over the full length, and 4K at 60Hz is achievable on a good active or optical 15-metre unit, but a marginal passive run may fall back to 4K/30 or 1080p.
