3G-SDI Video Cable Reel 100 m - Videography for rent
75 Ohm coaxial cable on a deployment reel carries 3G-SDI video up to 3 Gbps over 100 metres. BNC connectors lock into cameras, switchers, monitors, and recorders with no configuration needed.
Live events in Sri Lanka use this for stage shows, weddings, religious functions, and political rallies where cameras sit far from production areas.
It also suits multi-camera shoots, IMAG screen feeds, video village setups, and corporate AGMs with distant projection or LED walls.
Why Choose This Product
- 75 Ohm coaxial copper with shielding Construction: Made of 75 Ohm coaxial copper with shielding for durability and reliable rental use.
- 100 m Size / Capacity: Sized for the typical professional or event use case.
- Key Specifications: 100 m 75 Ohm coaxial cable on a reel, terminated with BNC connectors, rated for 3G-SDI uncompressed 1080p HD-SDI video transmission up to ~3 Gbps.
- Reel-Mounted Deployment: The cable is supplied on a winding drum so a single operator can lay 100 metres across a venue and reel it back in quickly without tangles or sharp bends that would damage the coaxial core.
- BNC Locking Connectors: Industry-standard 75 Ohm BNC ends twist-lock into SDI ports on cameras, switchers, and monitors, providing a secure connection that resists accidental disconnection under foot traffic.
- Embedded Audio And Timecode: The single coax run carries video, up to 16 channels of embedded digital audio, and ancillary data such as timecode and closed captions, removing the need for parallel audio cabling.
- Backward Compatible: Works with HD-SDI 1.485 Gbps and SD-SDI 270 Mbps sources as well as 3G-SDI 1080p, so it can be reused across mixed-format productions.
