Rent the Godox 35cm x 160cm (14"x63") strip softbox with a removable honeycomb grid and a Bowens mount.
It turns a hard studio light into a long, even column of soft light for rim, hair and full-length portrait work, and the grid keeps that light off your backdrop.
This is a Godox rectangular strip softbox, a long and narrow light modifier that measures about 35cm wide by 160cm tall (14 by 63 inches).
It fits onto a compatible studio light through an aluminum Bowens-mount speedring, and it converts that hard point source into a tall, soft strip of light.
Inside, a silver reflective lining bounces the light forward, while two layers of diffusion, an inner baffle and a front face, smooth the output evenly across the full 160cm length.
Four metal support poles hold the shape taut so the front face stays flat and clean.
What sets this softbox apart is the removable fabric honeycomb grid that attaches over the front with touch-fasteners.
The grid narrows the beam and stops light from spilling sideways onto backdrops, walls and nearby subjects, so you get a controlled, directional strip instead of an open wash.
Lift the grid off and you have soft, wrapping light; snap it back on and the light becomes tight and precise.
Because it uses the widely supported Bowens mount, it pairs with most Godox studio strobes and continuous LED heads, and with other brands through an adapter speedring.
This is a modifier only, so the light itself is not included and needs to be added to your rental.
