Godox UL150 is a 150W daylight-balanced COB LED video light, and its headline feature is that it is completely silent.
Where most powerful LED lights use a cooling fan that whirs on set, the UL150 cools itself with a fanless passive heat sink, so nothing bleeds into your microphones.
That makes it a specialist choice for any shoot where sound matters, from seated interviews and podcasts to dialogue scenes and live-streamed talks.
The light source is a single COB LED fixed at 5600K daylight colour, rated at roughly CRI 96 and TLCI 97, so skin tones and product colours render accurately on camera with very little correction in the edit.
It is a genuine working light, not a small on-camera panel.
It puts out around 58,000 lux at one metre, enough to drive a softbox as the main key on a set, and it accepts a standard Bowens mount so you can fit softboxes, reflectors, snoots and grids to shape the beam.
Control is easy: stepless dimming from 0 to 100 percent, a clear control panel, and a 2.4GHz wireless remote with 16 channels and 6 groups for multi-light rigs.
It runs on AC mains through the included adapter, and supports an optional V-mount battery when you need to move off the wall for a location shoot.
