This is the Late 2014 Apple Mac Mini, a compact aluminium desktop that runs a dual-core Intel Core i5 (Haswell) with 8GB of 1600MHz LPDDR3 memory and Intel integrated graphics, either HD 5000 on the 1.4GHz version or Iris 5100 on the 2.6 and 2.8GHz versions.
It is the desktop unit only, so you pair it with your own monitor, keyboard and mouse for a low-footprint Mac setup.
It sits neatly on a desk, podium or AV shelf and runs off a simple 100 to 240V mains lead with no bulky charger.
Connectivity is broad for its size. There is an HDMI output plus two Thunderbolt 2 ports, so it can drive a TV, projector or monitor and up to two displays at once, with HDMI carrying 1080p at 60Hz or 4K at 30Hz.
It also has four USB 3.0 ports, Gigabit Ethernet, an SDXC card slot, a 3.5mm headphone jack, 802.11ac Wi-Fi and Bluetooth 4.0 for wireless keyboards and mice.
Being a 2014 machine, it has an older macOS ceiling and a dual-core processor, so it is best matched to lighter workloads like signage, media playback, browsing, presentations and light editing rather than heavy 4K video or demanding modern software.
