Does the Logitech BCC950 work with any laptop or only specific models?

The BCC950 is USB plug-and-play, so it works with most Windows and macOS laptops that have a USB-A port. We do not guarantee pre-installed software or OS configuration on rental laptops, so verify your video conferencing app is set up before your meeting.

Can I pan the camera during a video call without getting up?

Yes, the BCC950 has a motorized 180-degree pan and 1.2x HD zoom, controlled with the included IR remote. The remote lets you adjust framing from your seat without touching the unit.

How many people can sit around this for a conference call?

The omnidirectional mic picks up voices within 2.4 meters, so it suits small groups of 3-4 people in a quiet room. For larger meetings or noisy environments, you may need an additional mic solution.

Will this work during CEB power cuts since it runs on AC mains?

The BCC950 requires AC mains power, so it will shut off during a power cut unless you have a UPS or inverter backup. We recommend planning your meeting timing around the CEB schedule or arranging backup power for critical calls.
