A compact Elgato Stream Deck Mini for hire: a 6-key USB control surface that triggers scene switches, mutes, overlays and macros on your computer with a single press.

It is small enough to sit beside a keyboard yet powerful enough to run a live stream.

The Elgato Stream Deck Mini is a compact control surface with six customizable LCD keys. Each key has its own small display that shows a custom icon or label, so you can see at a glance what every button does.

You program the keys through the free Stream Deck app on a Windows 11 or macOS 13 (or newer) computer, and each key can fire a shortcut, run a macro, or trigger a one-touch action such as switching an OBS scene, muting a microphone, dropping an overlay, or launching an app.

The unit measures 84 x 60 x 58 mm and weighs about 160 g, and it connects to the host through an integrated 150 cm USB cable that ends in a USB Type-C connector.

Because it is bus-powered over USB, there is no separate power adapter to manage: the single cable carries both data and power between the device and the computer.

Keys can be grouped into folders and chained into multi-actions, so the six-key surface scales to control many more than six functions.

That makes it a tidy front panel for anyone who wants reliable, tactile control instead of hunting through menus mid-stream.

It is a controller rather than a hardware video switcher, so the switching is done by the software it drives on your computer.
