RODE Interview GO Handheld Microphone Adaptor - Sounds for rent

The RODE Interview GO converts a Wireless GO transmitter into a handheld reporter mic. It weighs 84 g, measures 237 mm tall, and uses the transmitter's cold-shoe clip to lock securely into the head.

Wedding videographers use it to capture vows and guest messages. Corporate event teams, school programmes, YouTube creators, and podcasters use it for roving interviews and on-location commentary around Colombo.

Why Choose This Product

RODE Interview GO: Manufacturer-verified Handheld Microphone Adaptor - we'll source the exact model when we add this to our fleet.
Key Specifications: Passive handheld adaptor converting a RODE Wireless GO transmitter into a reporter-style handheld mic; 237 mm tall, 23 mm diameter body, includes high-density foam windshield.
Stick-mic ergonomics: Long balanced shaft shaped like a traditional broadcast handheld so on-camera talent and interviewees instinctively know how to hold and point the microphone.
Tool-free transmitter mount: Wireless GO clips in via its standard cold-shoe foot, so it locks in place in seconds and pulls out cleanly when you need the transmitter back on a lapel.
Included high-density windshield: Foam windshield (73.3 x 73.3 x 81.6 mm) slips over the head to tame outdoor wind and breath plosives during walk-and-talk segments.
Fully passive design: No batteries, switches or cables of its own, so there is nothing extra to charge, configure or troubleshoot on a busy shoot.
