This is a TELESIN telescoping selfie stick that doubles as a small tripod, model TE-RCSS-001.

The 5-section pole extends from about 173mm folded to roughly 600mm, around 60cm fully open, so it reaches for handheld vlogging, wider selfies and group shots.

Built from aluminium alloy and plastic, it is light at about 0.143kg, so it travels easily and is comfortable to hold at arm's length for long clips.

When you set it down, the base opens into a fold-out mini-tripod that lets the rig stand free on a table or flat surface for hands-free recording.

A detachable Bluetooth remote sits on the handle and slides off for separate framing.

It pairs to your phone over Bluetooth and triggers the shutter or starts and stops video wirelessly at up to around 72 metres in open conditions, and it recharges over USB-C.

The mount is a 1/4 inch screw with an included GoPro-style adapter, and an adjustable clamp holds phones roughly 2.2 to 4.1 inches wide and rotates for portrait or landscape framing.

That combination means it fits both smartphones and action cameras, making it a flexible mount and pole for everyday content, travel and events.
