A rugged 3-inch vacuum suction base with a pump lever that grips a car body, windscreen, glass, or any clean smooth surface, topped with a phone clamp and a 1/4 inch / GoPro-style mount on a 360 degree ball head for stable car and window POV footage.

This is the Ulanzi SC-01, a hand-pump suction cup mount for phones and action cameras. At its base is a strong 3-inch vacuum suction cup with a pump lever.

You press the cup onto a clean, smooth surface, work the lever a few times to draw the air out of the cavity, and it locks down with a firm vacuum seal.

The base is built from metal and rubber and weighs only about 208 grams, so it packs down small yet holds far more than a friction mount.

Suction is rated to roughly 20kg of horizontal hold and 12kg of vertical hold, with a safe recommended load of 1kg, which is exactly the weight class of a phone or an action camera.

On top of the suction base sits a 360 degree ball head that tilts, pans, and rolls, so you can frame portrait or landscape and lock any angle you like.

It carries a standard 1/4 inch thread plus a GoPro-style adapter, and it comes with a phone clamp, so you can mount a smartphone or an action camera such as a GoPro, DJI Action, or Insta360 straight away.

It works on car windscreens, bonnets, painted body panels, sunroofs, glass doors, mirrors, and any other clean, non-porous, smooth surface. This is a mount only, so the phone or camera itself is not included.
